Rugs are dried in a climate-controlled environment utilizing advanced air movers, dehumidifiers, and a specialized electric drying rack imported from Turkey. Each rug undergoes comprehensive moisture testing to ensure it is thoroughly dry, both internally and externally.

Upon completion of the drying process, your rug undergoes a final inspection. We meticulously photograph and document the results. Should the rug not meet our stringent quality standards, we will rewash it at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we guarantee it fully.
